Yes I personally do love myself. Why I will explain shortly but first want to respond to whether or not you can love another without loving yourself. I do not think that is possible as you must love and respect yourself first in order to truly show affection and love to another human being.
Now why do I love myself today. Well life always hasn't been good to this old man but somehow I have perservered and am still alive to tell the tale today. I was very sick as a youth and became physically challenged and so walk with a bad gait. Currently have lots of pain but know that there are lots of others who are far worse off them I am. I have three failed marriages behind me and today can accept that it was not all my fault that they failed. I have been clean and sober for a number of years and am very proud of this accomplishment. I have fallen in love with and have had love returned from the most beautiful woman on this planet (in my eyes) who I will marry next May. I have a great job and feel that I do a great job at it. I do not mean to sound like an egoist but for these qualities that I have mentioned in myself that is why I can say that I love myself. One last thing that I am extremely proud of is my honesty. Not only to others but to myself also.

To answer your first question, yes, I love myself very much. God blessed me with life and I have to love myself and take care of this body (it's my temple), cause this is the only chance I get at this life. There are no do-overs. Nobody will take care of it for you. And if you don't take care of yourself, or love yourself, why would anyone WANT to love you. It works vice versa too - you can't possibly love someone else if you don't first know how to love yourself and everything about you. You have to accept you and every part of you, or you can't possibly find the time or the energy to love another. True happiness comes within, so once you've accepted you, you can know HOW to love others.

No, you have to love, respect and understand yourself before anyone else does. Because, how can u ask someone to give you something that u are not giving yourself (like luv or respect)?
At the end of the day you can only truly count and trust on yourself.

Yes I love myself. I see myself as a woderful and beautiful person created in the image of God. I am an awesome woman and I look in the mirror and compliment myself all the time. I enjoy being me. I would not like to be anyone else. You first have to learn to love yourself before you can love anyone else.

Yes, I love myself. I have succeeded in living a life style that suites me well. Had several hurdles to jump over but I am satisfied. If you do not love yourself there is no way you will be able to love someone else. Because you will never be happy or satisfied with what you have.

I love myself for who I am. everyone should love themselves.
not in a selfish way. You should want to be who you are and no body else. I love myself because I am me and the only me there is ever going to be. To love someone else you have to know what love feels like, so you must love yourself first.

lol that first answer is funny. um i am working on loving myself. i have self esteem issues but i do believe you have to be comfortable with yourself to truly be happy with someone else otherwise you will always be unhappy in the relationship. you won't trust the other person and you will always think the worst. i am going through that right now, but i love my boyfriend so i'm working to get over it. boy it is hard

No I do not like or love myself really. I do LOVE my children and I do LOVE my husband and other family members. I could give you reasons but they do not really matter, but Yes you can love others with out loving yourself. It is not as bad as it sounds. It just makes it easier to give to others and put others first.
