I would be surprised if there were any. That book isn't terribly deep or sophisticated. It's just stories about animals and their people. There's not a whole lot of insight, no offense intended.

Starting in 1936 and ending some time in the early 1950s, the stories chronicle the lives of the vets in a small practice in the Yorkshire Dales.

The main characters are James Herriot , Siegfried Farnon. Tristan Farnon and Helen (James's future wife)

These are wonderful books, full of fascinating, sometimes touching, stories about people, rural life and animals. They don't need interpretation or explanation. Just read them; you'll love them.
