Before ten and after 2. Betwen the other hours, the sun is very intense and you have to actively monitor your time so you don't get burned

I'd say from 10:00-2:00. Thats when the sun is at its hottest. But make sure to wear sunblock :)

first thing in the morning at a spray tanning booth lol but if you really want to go out in the sun ( and do that to your skin) I suggest the morning when it is cooler .

just say NO
your skin will end up looking like an old leather shoe (like my mom's does) and you'll probably get skin cancer
use tan-in-a-can
or embrace your porcelain pale skin like me!
