well the thing is that i signed up for 9th grade marching band but, i only did it so me and my friends could do it together. but i changed my mind and dropped out ,now all the band people are p!ssed that i dropped out now and supposedly i cost them like 1,000 dollars. just morning at like 7 am i started getting all these phone calls, like 10 people called me and asked if i was going to band. i feel kind of guilty. people should have known i wasn't going to be reliable, i never am. i probably never should of signed up. oh well, whats done is whats done.

Hope that you feel better now that you have let it all out? Can't see why you can't be reliable though. Bet there are times when you expect some reliability from others? You won't like them to disappoint you then, would you?

So part of growing up is learning to be responsible. I would say that you should learn form this experience. Don't commit to anything you don't want to do, and do what you commit to do. It is better to do what you want than what your friends want you to do. Own your decisions, and don't be swayed by others.

They will get over it, but don't decide that you are unreliable, decide to be reliable at whatever you do, just don't over commit and under deliver.

If it's not something you wanted to do and everyone knew that then don't let them make you feel bad about it. And really it's not that serious, I mean please it's just high school band.

if marching bands are not your thing you did the right thing its better than staying and being unhappy about it

WELL I DID SOME WHAT OF THE SAME THING WITH FOOTBALL. I WAS SO ANXIOUS TO PLAY THAT I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE. AND SO IT HAS TAKING UP ALL OF MY SUMMER AND ITS HARD TO DO LEADERSHIP AT YOUTH WITH SPORTS. SO NEXT TIME JUST THINK REAL HARD ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE.
