helicoil do kits, also recoil list a cheaper alternative thats just as good, to be honest though, given the price i'd buy what you need as jap bike threads arent common. if you buy a standard 10mm thread it will be 1.5 mm pitch whereas the japs use 1mm pitch etc.
also if you want to save cash buy a 7mm tap for 6mm inserts instead of the kit and make your own inserter.

Yes, the kit should have a range of sizes but not so sure where you might come across a kit in the UK. There is acompany here in N.Ireland called WORKSHOP SUPPLIES and they have pretty much everything for repairers. It might be worth searching the net.

Harbor freight tool stores have kits. I dont know how much but everything there is inexpensive.

Cant tell you a price but yes you can get... try CBS or BSL... they both have shops in most big towns... check yellow pages...
