While there are charts that would say what your ideal weight should be, I always try to get people to think about body fat% instead of weight because most of the quick references to weight don't take into account how much muscle or fat you have.
If I tell you what your weight is supposed to be according to the Body Mass Index and you have some muscle you are surely to be disappointed as I was at your age. (I was and am 6'2" and I was always over the weight I was supposed to be according to the BMI). But, I was always healthy and trim.
I really don't like everyone always saying how much weight have you lost because..... most people on exercise programs actually gain lean muscle tissue and weight as they lose body fat and weight and sometimes the WEIGHT loss isn't as dramatic as one would think but the overall results are awesome.
So if at all possible, try to get your body fat % checked instead.
A healthy category for a male would be about 18-24%. But, if you are really athletic it would probably be less than that.
If you want a number for the weight you could ask a weight loss clinic because there they want you to obsess about weight and not fitness. Sorry I couldn't bring myself to giving you a set number. But, I am trying to break the trend in America of weight obsession. It's just a number that misses alot of other components you need to be concerned with. Good Luck!

At 19, your body has finished the teenage crap thing
Science says you should be 65-95 kg or 10-15 st, but thats an Average. Unique we all are (damn, I am going Yodaish), so your ideal to be what you feel comfy.
If your slightly more prodigiously buttocked, do you like being able to push people out the way, or is getting out of bed your workout of the day. If you are svelt, do you like dissapearing by turning on your side, or do you like looking good in tight clothes.
Don't fit their rules, feel comfortable with your rules
