i know the dress goes against the law of gravity, and i would alter it a little bit. probably clear straps across the back and shoulders.

Like Billy said, that dress is not natural. No matter what you do, an exact replica won't hold up for any long period of time. Most costumes have something different added to it, i.e. nude mesh sleeveless top, spaghetti straps (clear or red), halter top, something. Try Ebay, Disney Store, costume shops (adult and regular) online. You might make one yourself if you can, or talk to a local seamstress about doing one.

Theatrical tape will help with the gravity issues. I don't know that corset boning would help all that much; with a boned bodice, there really has to be some back to the dress so that the boning can be supported.

first off, you have to be able to fill the dress like jessica rabbit or else you'll never look like her. i would find a stretch red/magenta satin strapless dress fitted to your body and wear a corset underneath to cinch your waist.

Good luck.

That dress breaks several of the laws of physics.
