I installed and reinstalled the download software for the printer. I have pluged it and repluged it. I even called the company no help. I need to know why it's not powering on.

Is there a light switch on the wall associated with the outlet that you are plugging the printer into?

okay. so please try swapping any good known power cable. this may solve your issue. if not please find a local technician and resolve the issue. you can also gain the support from the website.
