you can use Windows and Mac. I does not matter. Just as long you have iTunes downloaded to your computer. iTunes works on both. You can purchase music or import music from CDs into iTunes and transfer the files to you iPod via your iPodas USB Chord

You need iTunes to download music to your iPod. iTunes comes in PC and Mac versions and is Free from the apple website. So to answer your question, any computer with iTunes on it will allow you to download songs to your iPod.

You do not need a Mac, you do have to have Itunes installed on your computer, then you can load songs from your pc, cd's or purchesed from Itunes directly to you pc

Any song, sometimes iTunes has to convert it but you odn't have to worry about that. It does it itself and you dont really notice
