Actually, I had the same thing. It lasted about the same length of time and I could not stop it no matter how I tried. I went to the eye doctor and it was because the nerves behind my eyes were getting weak and I was straining my eyes. I ended up needing glasses. Don't just sit there and try to figure it out or listen to what others are guessing; go to the eye doctor because if you wait to long you might end up joining me with wearing glasses. Good luck.

Are you on any medication? Under any stress? Those can be two big components of eye twitching. Other than that, put on some sunglasses and pray the ladies don't see you like that!

mine just got done doing that for almost a week, I was about ready to go to the doctors but I decided to sleep on it, I wound up sleeping for almost 12 hours it finally went away, although reading your question scares me in to the thought of it coming back and happening again, but I would have to agree that it happens because of stress and fatigue, get yourself some R@R and plenty of it if you can and it should go away

Do you drink diet cola? Aspartame is the artificial sweetener in a lot of diet colas, and it can do stuff like that. And worse.

Have you been spending a lot of time with irritating family members or pain-in-the-butt co-workers? That usually does it for me!
