That is very unfortunate for her and I am so sorry her parents/relatives choose to do such a thing to her. Unfortunetly this practice is still done in some societies. I am not sure if she can feel pleasure because of it (that is one of the reasons why they do it-so women don't feel pleasure from sex) I would consuld a doctor.

Your wife is living proof that we live in a sick world. Wish I could help you, don't know enough about it, maybe a doctor could help give you some ideas about exactly was done to her and how to help. It's great that she has someone who really loves her. Good luck.
