Where would I go to find out about events going on in Ann Arbor. I am not a student and just moved to the MI. I would like to know when keynote speakers, plays, concerts, etc would be going on.

Check the Michigan Daily (campus paper) and Ann Arbor News. Go to the Union Building, too. Things are listed there.

Go to the University of Michigan website. You can also go to the local library (Main branch) to the third floor and they'll have a listing. Also any coffeehouse will have flyers up and you can get a schedule at Hill Auditorium (just off of State St). Welcome to Ann Arbor.
