I work in the HVAC field for a non corprate company in Colorado, what should my salary and job title be?

Sadly you are what your boss says you are. And that is what the world is like today. But your title means little, what you can do and how well you can do it determines who you are. When you apply for a job know that people doing the same thing in differnt companies are called different things. Don't worry about how fancy your title is. When in a job interview if you know what you are talking about and you have skills, that is what will determine if you get the job or not.

office manager s the most common,. You can also be administrative manager.
Depending on the size of the company, your salary can really vary.

If you are in charge of all accounting, HR, etc for over 100 people in the company, you should be at 60K.
Less people= less work and problems and responsibility, so less pay.

I had that very same job for ten years! My title was Office Manager and your salary should be around $15 Hr with benefits (major medical, dental, matching 401K, vacation)

I would say you are an Executive Assistant, or Office Manager. I can't take a guess at what your salary should be, that depends on your experience and on what others in similar situations get paid.
