The best country in the world is the one that keeps its people safe, offers opportunities, is prosperous and is peaceful with its neighbors and the world. I do not know of any country that offers the foregoing package. Therefore, the second best is one that offers the majority of the aforementioned attributes. That country is the USA.

certainly not america it gained freedom around 200 yrs. back & in 200yrs they have developed this much but india gained freedom in 1948 and in 58 yrs they gained more than double that america gained in 58yrs of freedom though india was late in getting freedm i think india is the best the negativs of india are so neglegiable indias the country

ireland, the people dont take crap, the beer is the best the countryside cannot be matched and its the seat of civilization for the whole world and we love to hate.
