How can they really judge the acts against each other on America's Got Talent?

i mean singing agaist someone dancing or someone balancing something...ect

They aren't comparing them to each other. They base it on whether or not the act is worth a million. Not many of those acts are worth a million in my opinion. There have been a few good ones though.
