I think South Park is the best cartoon of the 90's - although it's still in production today it was created and started in the 90's. I think this cartoon has had the greatest effect on today's culture, whether you like the show or not, you've heard of it, you see it in the news or in the theatre and you see other's trying to rip off it's crassness. Do you think Family Guy or Drawn Together would be around if South Park hadn't broken ground on Adult Cartoons?

The all time best cartoon would be the Simpsons. This is the most watched cartoon ever.
