The IRS website has some good info on that. Go to www.irs.gov and type in "travel expenses" on the search. Generally, any expenses that are considered "ordinary and necessary", like hotel, food, transportation. You need to keep outstanding records of all expenses that you incur while on the road-that means detail!

Good luck!

the company will need to pick up airfare, room , and food , and transportation and some incidentals . They should issue a check o give you a corporate credit card . They will not pay incidentals or entertainment unless it is company related . If they don't pay your expenses don't go .
