I have gotten the worst charlie-horses and the worst muscle pains In my stomach, I also get swollen hands and feet with this pregnancy (my third) my other two pregnancy's I didn't have these problems. ((CoNgRaTs)) and I hope you find out good news!!! ((GoOd LuCk))!!!! =^..^=

That is common in pregnancy. I got them when I pregnant with both of my boys. I got them most of the time when I would stretch my legs in the bed. It has something to do with the blood flow and swelling. Try putting your legs up as much as possible and try bananas it has potassium they will help also. And do forget drink plenty of water

Yes I had this. It was aweful!!! I would get them while sleeping! I was always exhausted...BUT good news for those of you going through this now:
Take a cookie sheet and pour REALLY cold water in it...stand in the water on the cookie sheet. My bf is an EMT and he swears this works...just make sure you pee before standin in the icy water :p

happened to me all 3 times. prop your legs up while you sleep or put a pillow in between your knees and before you fall asleep do several calf-stretches. also bananas are good for leg circulation during preganacy

you got charley horses in your stomache? I don't know about that, but I get them every night at least 3 or 4 times in my calves.

i would get really bad leg cramps at night. i thought it had to do with carrying an extra 50 lbs and the weather being cold.

Take extra calcium. That should help. Wear long socks at night to keep your calves warm.
