No, not always. It depends on what kind of birth control you use, when and how intense of an orgasm she had, and how much ejaculate you produced.
Female orgasms cause her to suck up sperm to get pregnant, so if you came together (or if you were right before her), all of your sperm could be absorbed, especially if there was not that much.

yes, sperm does leak out. what doesn' t leak out stays in you for the baby making process if your ovulating.
