depends on the hotel chain. some hotels that are geared for bussiness customers are usually slower on the weekends. Also call and check rates for hotels, Priceline and these other online sites have a set price but the hotel sometimes does better if you call or go in person) For example the hotel I am a manger of has weekend specials for online of $89 and on the web it shows a savings of $40 this is true compared to the weekly rate, but if you call or show up at the hotel therate would actuall be $74. Not all are like this but I am a manager of a major chain hotel and this is how it is with us and our partner hotels.

Hotel rates are always linked to demand.. when the demand is the highest the rate are the highest.. Some hotels cater to business people and so weekend rates may be lower.. others cater to weekend vacationers and so they would usually have higher rates on the weekends.. of course other factors could be what time of year (summer is usually higher).

Depends. For hotels catering to business clientele, they are cheaper on the weekend because the business travelers check in on Monday and out on Friday morning.
For hotels catering to tourists, they are more expensive on the weekend.

More expensive, just like air travel. Some of the least expensive days to book anything are Tuedays and Wednesdays.

First, it depends on the season - high or low. Second, weekends are usually a busy period and hence the rates are normally higher than on weekdays. Third, it depends on the country, location and facilities offered. So, there are these and maybe other factors to be considered.

Which ever fee you're instructed, or given. you would be fortunate to get a room in any respect. The expenses are given fancy names for nmarketing purpoes. they do no longer seem to be popular. cyber web-web content are often operated by using third events on behalf of the inn. they're given a quota of rooms to sell at fancy expenses....call the inn direct for bookings.

more expensive. however, if you hold out for a room without reservation after midnight (providing its not sold out) you may be able to get the room for less than what is usually charged. why? b/c it is better to fill the hotel than let the rooms go vacant for a night and not make ANYhting on them.

Usually cheaper. Rates assume business clients throughout the "work week."
