What might be happening is that the pictures are not getting attached to whatever you are sending correctly, if your forwarding an email that has pictures in it you have to attach to pictures, if you just forward the email they won't get the pics... it also may be that whatever program they are viewing the pictures in might not be compatible with that format of picture. Try to save pics as .jpg files.. this is ususally a standard.. also if they are opening them in an email and it's in their "junk" mail section it might not open properly for email virus reasons. there could be a lot of reasons, i hope one of the things i explained helps... What format are your pictures in? jpg, gif, jpeg, etc.. They may be getting red x due to the type of format you have for the image and they are unable to open the file.
