I'm all about "freedom of speech" (which isn't necessarily relevant anyway; this IS a service provided by a company; not the government), and I'm definitely not having issues with different opinions. From time to time, the way those opinions are expressed perhaps, but almost never the opinions themselves. But how many essentially SPAM questions about logs before its harassment?

Three quick points:
1) Still don't know what a log is in this context
2) Well, if people, or anyone, finds it offensive with just cause-- say, for instance, due to it being discriminatory, it's already harassment
3) Freedom of speech rocks, but there are other rights being curtailed that are deemed more important that relates to freedom of speech. e.g. although i'm not an expert on the Constitution, I'm almost positive it's about freedom, liberty, and equality, but certain prejudiced people have the right of freedom of speech to make statements that are derogative and discriminatory or slandering by waving the first amendment in the faces of their victims-- it's wrong, but not illegal.

I've read some of the lame log questions, and still have no idea what logs are, but I say-- just their wording sounds offensive and ignorant, so if you feel strongly about this issue, report it to the yahoo!answers committee. This is supposed to be a forum of enlightenment, not of biggotry (is biggotry a word? lol).

hope this helps.

I don't even know what a log is other then a log from a tree. It's harassment but what are you to do? You can e-mail Yahoo but I don't think they would do anything. Just ignore and report the rude posts.

I think we're way past the point of it being considered spam. I've written Yahoo several times about it, hopefully they'll do something.

When I see that the person is writing the same kind of 'objectionable' questions over and over I have a tendancy to report them. It is INAPPROPRIATE for this general public forum.

To be a homosexual, is to be an AIDS recipient and you will eventually die a slow, painful, death....and then in the afterlife you will be separated from God for eternity and your sould will rot in hell. Do you really want this? Repent now! Christ loves you and will take you back or welcome you to his flock!
