you need to stop thinking about it and go find someone to talk to.

I do understand I been there but only you are going to do is make yourself sick. Its not healthy trust me.

Talk to somebody about this. There are counsellors who specialize in this... or you could maybe talk with a family member or a family friend or a pastor, teacher, etc. They can help you talk thru some of what is going on and help you see how to love yourself, etc.

You don't have to suffer alone thru depression and body weight issues! There are so many resources for you to contact to facilitate your healing process; and it is a process... change doesn't happen overnight.

If your OBSESSION is about weight..throw out your scale and weigh yourself once a week. Eat everything you like..in small portions..and you will be fine! Depression? Go exercise and get your endorphins working. You will feel great in no time. And exercise balances your appetite.

Eat healthy, get moderate exercise, talk with a good friend about it. And tell the Lord about it too, ask Him to comfort you and find peace in knowing Him..

Love yourself for who you are an if you want to lose a few pounds then do it because you want to not for anyone else. But the best meds for this problem is to just love yourself an go to a spa.

Well its' about time you have to put a stop to your depress about your weight and do something about it. Love yourself more and everything is possible. ^_^

eat early breakfast and before lunch eat vege or salad, have a late lunch and end the day with vege, fruites and salads, if u want sweets eat them after breakfast so u can burn them before u sleep, i did this and it worked

well see a doctor , if your not over weight he will tell you if you are overweight he can give you HEALTHY suggestions on how to lose weight
