why do so many women here in England chose to wear clothes for teenages? with all fat stomach hanging out the front..gross

I don't think its a good look personally. But if they are self confident enough to do that, let them get on with it. There are enough people on this planet that have self esteem problems and go to ridiculous lengths to change or cover their bodies. Give the ones that don't give a **** a bit more respect as it takes a lot of guts to do, and some guys obviously like it. Lots of them seem to have husbands and kids.
I think you should wear what suits you and what you feel confident in. I hate small minded idiots that put people down for wearing clothes they consider to be too young/old for them. They have obviously been brain washed by the really dumb people that write magazine articles.

Its not just grown women - its a growing trend for most british females to have a muffin-top hanging over the tops of jeans/trousers!!
I don't know why - but i don't think the trend for hipsters helps - the top doesn't meet the bottoms therefore theres space for flab to hang out!
Bring back the polar-neck trousers as worn by Simon Cowell!

I would also like the UN to word a draft resolution in the next few months condeming the display of Thongs on those with challenged middrifs and Posteriors. Stop the Madness !

Cos it is so hard to get nice clothes once you are a "certain age" without looking like Great Grandma!
But I agree with you. I make my own clothes as I don't have the figure I used to have **sigh** and don't want to wear anything from rent a tent"

I totally agree. I live in N.Ireland and the amount of young girls, teenagers and woman running about with no shape at all it is horrendous. I mean, I'm 24, 8st5 and I wouldn't . I blame the fast food that's available.Don't get me wrong i love it but people just aren't aware of the amount of fat and cals there taking in. We're becoming Americanised. It's tragic!

I think fashion is a lot to blame in this, plus the media. You know when all clothes are "low waist", women don't even wonder if it'll suit them or not. Plus, the media tend to make mature women think they should act as teenagers to be IN, so they do! Sad, isn't it!

I know, its disgusting. No pride. Ive got a big belly, but it stays well covered up, i wouldnt dream of letting it hang over my jeans like a muffin-top.
gross!!
Its even worse when its covered in stretch marks and flabbing about all over the place....eeeewwww!!!
