Why American media is so much pro-Israel, while rests of the world are saying that Israel is wrong?

Most of the time the media in the U.S. is so slanted against Israel that it strikes me as anti Jewish.
No more and more the media is saying that Israel was right to attack Hezbollah but they went to far in this war.
