They absolutely do not work and it is massively irresponsible of those companies to market what is really a drug that messes with your reproductive chemicals. The theory was that if these pills could cause your body into thinking that it was pregnant, that you would recieve a corresponding breast enhancement, but the reverse may actually happen and meanwhile you have confused your body chemistry and set yourself up for some very nasty, unforseen side effects.

I don't think they are very safe.
For breast enhancement pills to work, they must contain a fairly potent amount of female hormones progestogens and estrogens. At such doses, they do have side effects. Some of the effects, like nausea are minor and merely irritating. The more dangerous ones are those that cause blood clots or deep vein thrombosis and are potentially lethal.
If the pills/creams are safe, then they probably don't work.
You are probably better off going for surgery. Or putting on some weight. Breast is fatty tissues. If you are fatter, your breasts are bigger. Genetics also play a role. But that is lottery. You've already drawn the cards the day you were concieved.
Play them. If surgery and putting on weight is too difficult, go out there and buy yourself push up bras. Or find a boyfriend who likes small breasts.

They aren't safe and they will rip you off with the cost. The expensive ones are rip-offs and the cheaper ones are worse. Those kinds of pills next to never work.

there are a lot of quack ideas on the market for enhancing, as well as nationality traditions...none work.....if you want larger then that will happen after you have children, or see your doctor (after you have good references) and pay for enlargements.
