I know it was a persciption drug, nothing illegle like ecstasy, because I got from a friend of mine that was a Sheriff before I moved. I haven't been able to contact him since I've move. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Look up in the PDR on-line... They will ask you for the color, shape and markings, eg 987 TRT
From there, you figure out what exactly you took.
Sounds to me like it was a cinnamon red hot.
Just because you got it from a Sheriff or other law enforcement official- means less than nothing. Those are the folk , quite often- that confiscate and hoard all sorts of stuff!

Did he say what it was for?
Red Pill as in Capsule? or red pill as in tablet?

The first question is, where did you get it and the next is why would you take something not knowing what it is? I agree with the previous answer. Go to the ER. Does the sherriff's department that this guy works for know about him? If they don't, they'd better find out!

Doesn't sound like a prescription. Sounds like DOB, or a type of hallucinogenic amphetamine. If you feel like freaking out or something call the EMS.
