Assuming you are female, as you seem to be, the dress code is usually a dress, a nice blouse and skirt, or a nice pantsuit. Usually, anyway. Recently, the trend has gone toward fantasy weddings of different sorts than traditional, so there may be a theme such as polynesian or beach or wild west or some other that would suggest guests wear something in line with that theme. Ask the bride or groom or some of their close family if that is the case. Also, many people are so busy these days that they have no time to prepare for big events like weddings and funerals, no time to dress in special clothes, so the trend is running more toward casual attire at many of the events. If you feel uncomfortable in dressy clothes, the happy couple may suggest you come wearing some of your nicer regular clothes, like clean dark jeans, a nice shirt (not a T-shirt, probably, but still comfortable) and clean shoes. Your best bet, though, to be respectful of the couple, is to wear a dressier outfit. Have fun at the wedding.

Anything nice that does not show up the Bride (ie--please don't wear an all white dress or a bright red dress).
Although, it does depend on the time of day and year that the wedding is held, but a nice dress or a simple dress pants and shirt will do fine.

Wear a dress or nice skirt and top...If its during the day you can go with a slightly more casual dress or skirt if its during the evening dress it up a little more...this is true for any wedding unless the invitation specifies that it is a black tie event in which case you would need to wear a formal gown.

Depends on the bride and groom. If they are those ultra modern, svelte kind of people, it doesn't really matter if you show up in jeans. But, if they are normal people, you should dress up a little more. A dress is good, or at least a skirt! Besides, dresses are almost always very figure flattering! Good for all of the guys that will likely be at the reception.... Good luck, and hope this helps!

clothes would be good unless, if it was that type of wedding. weddings have become so laid back, it really just depends on the people getting married. if you know them to be a little on the fancy, then wear that nice dress. you know the bride would not want you to get all the attention, that is why i said nice dress. my opinion is always be ready. u don't know who may cross your path.

Why the heck are you asking that on yahoo answers. Your wedding day is important and you should wear what you like.

Avoid straight white. That's for the bride. Offwhite is okay. Preferably a dress or nice shirt and slacks works great. There really isn't a color code unless you're in the bridal party. Good luck!

depends if the wedding is outside or inside
at a church or somewhere else
and if you are in it or just there for the bride/groom
maybe if you got a formal dress that was only half way to your ankles you could wear it to any/all

Need more information, is it indoors, outdoors? In a church or other kind of setting? Is it in an area that is hot, or cold? Rainy? Wear a dress that you will feel comfortable in is the most general thing I can say right now. =)
