You'd have a hard time selling a service such as this when other well established companies provide it free.

You would have to have a unique selling point that makes your service stand out as worth paying for because there is a demand for it and it is not available elsewhere.

No, I'd rather just call the people.

Plus Comcast already has video mail where you record yourself with a webcam and email that to people, but I don't even use that.

Record your message and save the file. Send the file by mms to anyone you wish! Simple!

how do you define which email address's it is going to... msn messenger does that, you record a message and send it on....
