can't find it anywhere on the computer to re start,
any help

To resolve your issuse try this out,
Click START and then click on RUN. in the run menu type SERVICES.MSC and click ok. It will open up the services running on your computer, in that find "PRINT SPOOLER" service and double click on it.
In general tab click on START and change STARTUP TYPE to AUTOMATIC and go to RECOVERY tab in the top and change the first, second and subsequent failure to "RESTART THE SERVICE" click apply and okay and restart the computer. That's it your issuse will be fixed.
If this is not resolving your issuse, in most cases it should, try reinstalling the printer driver to resolve it.

You probably have to restart your computer.
After it comes back up, go to the START menu, and pick SETTINGS and CONTROL PANEL. Open your PRINTERS section and open up the print queue. You probably should delete all of the pending printouts.

Sometimes that happens to me. I just reboot my computer and it restarts automatically.
