my mum says it may help my back pain but im a bit sceptical.

Yes, it is very effective in treating all sorts of problems. There are reflex points on your feet corresponding to areas in your body. With proper stimulation you can re-instate a good balance within your body. If you have a back pain then the corresponding area on your feet (somewhere between the bottom of your toe up until your heel on the inside of your foot) you will feel eiher pain when stimulated or you can feel grains under the skin. With stimulation the pain gets less in the area and your back gets better too. I'm a practicing reflexologist and I have treated people with back problems and other things too, like IBS and things like that. I say, give it a try and see (feel) it for yourself!

Believe it or not, it's a temporary relief for a lot of different aches and pains. I've had reflexology performed on the arch of my foot and it relieved my back pain. You can also apply reflexology to the area between your thumb and first finger to help relieve headaches. It worked for me.

I went to the library and read some books and taught myself. Now I do it for my girlfriend and it really helps her. It really does work, however your doctor will tell you it's a bunch of baloney.

it will you have stress points in your feet they can do anything if the person knows what he is doing
