Neo only had power when he was in the matrix

Well Neo's powers were limited to making machines blow up in the real world. So in the real world Superman would win. Everybody is saying in the matrix Neo would win but for one Superman doesn't have all those holes in his body so he couldn't even hook up to the matrix to fight Neo. And if he could wouldn't he be even stronger in the matrix. And unless Neo could get his hands on some kryptonite there is no way to destroy Superman. Neo stops bullets, with Superman they just bounce right off of him. If I had to pick a favorite it would be Neo though because he just kicks everybodies a$$. But Superman would be the logical person to put your money on if they were ever in a fight.

If, for some strange reason, Neo should turn Evil and a fight was required then Superman will win. Neos' power is best used against computer related enemys, but he is a mortal man other than that and has no super human powers. It should prove to be quite intresting though.

Well, Superman is supposed to be set in a "real world" whereas Neo can only have fantastic powers inside of the Matrix, so Superman probably, but I think Neo is cooler.

Neo... Superman is part of the Matrix the machines created, alon with the Twin ghosts, the werewolves, Agents, etc... Neo beat everyone in the Matrix....

They are both good so something would have to really be wrong for them to get into a fight. This is really tough because they both fly, they're both bullet proof, fast and very strong. I think it is an even match unless of course Neo gets his hands on some kryptonite.
