Does Yahoo Auction accept singapore OCBC or OUB debitcard for verification?

Singaporean debitcard users pls help. Thanks in advance for all your help. =)

Yes it does. As long as your debitcard is issued by Mastercard or Visa, is valid and has not been used to verify another Yahoo! auction account.
