You are talking of empowering women? Yes, they must be empowered, particularly in feudalistic societies where they were looked down upon as only a sex object by the men folk in those societies. Unfortunately, the condition of women in such societies is synonymous with that of women in Muslim countries except in Turkey and Iran.
