Nationality is your citizenship - if you were born in America, marry an American, pass the US citizenship test to be granted citizenship, or have American parents, your nationality is American. There are different qualifications for citizenship in different countries.

Some people also use the word "nationality" synonymously with ethnicity (this is particularly true in America). Ethnicity is your cultural background, often related to physical appearance and/or skin color. If your ancestors were from France, then your ethnicity is French, or more often just called white or caucasian. If your ancestors were from different parts of the world, then you have a mixed ethnicity. Most Americans have mixed ethnicity; 25% African, 25% native American, 50% Italian, for example.

Culture is most simply defined as "shared learned behavior." Each person is usually a member of a lot of different cultures. For example, an American college student in Massachusetts might be part of the American culture, the New England culture, the college culture, and the culture of her family's ethnic background, among others. Culture is reflected in your interests, dress, accent, dialect, ideals, and a variety of other things.
