Saw a street sign called Hills Ct, and another one called Hills LP. Anyone know what the LP stands for?

Loop. Usually a road that loops around back to the road it started from.

Although it migth stands for LOOP it is not accepted by the Postal Addressing standars.
It should stay as "LOOP"
