You can't spot-reduce fat. Your body puts it on and takes it off in its own way. But have you noticed that many female bodybuilders have very small chests? It is possible to lose a cup size or two by getting that body fat percentage down. It takes a proper diet and a lot of exercise, but it can be done. Other than that, the only way to do it is breast reduction surgery.

Losing weight in general with a healthy and diet. I'm not there is anything you can do to specifically target your chest while exercising because all you would be doing would be building up muscle.

Since you already exercise and play sports I'm not going to tell you to exercerise. If they have not gotten smaller then that is not your answer. Doing weight lifting exercises such as bench presses are very good for firming your chest area. If you look at female body builders you'll notice their breasts are tiny. When all else fails, buy a good minimizer bra; believe me they work.

I am not sure if you can target a specific area, but I have heard that if you exercise that is usually the first place you'll lose weight.

Breast tissue is just fat so if you were to speak to a proper trainer they could suggest some exercises and work-out routines that would target those chest muscles and possibly help you to reduce your bust size.
Just be sure that you won't regret changing your body. Love your body and work with what you got.

Excercise more and eat better, I have slimmed down a couple of times and have always lost a little bit in the chest area.

Usually when you lose weight - the first place to hit is the chest.

You can't really, when you lose weight, it comes from everywhere. Usually (for me anyway) it comes off my boobs first! Which I hate cuz they are too small! But anyway, you just about have to have a 'reduction' to lose weight "only" in that area.

I have no idea how to get rid of that weight without getting medical attention. Talk to a doctor or a nurse. That is rough.

I have the same problem and I ask my fitness instructor to help me with that and there is nothing really you can do if you aren't overweight. God gave them to you and you have to deal with them unless you want plastic surgery. I know they are a pain sometimes but you have to love what he gave you.
