HA! Canada being dodgy? no such thing. the dodgy areas are where the Americans fleeing Bush have moved...HAHAHAHAHA eh?

In the south, you find alot of "Ghetto neighborhoods." Stay away from the low-income housing areas like heatherington, ledbury, or russel. Ottawa is a safe place to live though.... I have lived in the south my whole life and I have never had a problem...

i would say ottawa south ~ where i am...but someone was murdered here last week...so umm i dont know
