Try the Atkins Diet. It is extreme, but if you do it for the initial 2 weeks, you could lose at least 20 pounds, depending on your weight, the more you weigh the more you lose. You NEVER go hungary. You do not have any carbs. You can find the book anywhere. I always do it for an immediate loss.

Bronco, don't listen to Ariel. She is in a bad mood because she has to make herself throw up 3 times a day and no matter how skinny she gets, she will STILL be uglier than sin.
Exercise is the fastest way to loose weight. Dance, aerobics, weight training, jogging etc. Drink alot of water too.

start eating right. like healthy. instead of like chips eat fruit. and instead of soda drink water. oh and excercise. lots and lots of excercise. but you say that you have a big body frame so maybe you dont need to loose all that much weight cause its just the way that you are. GOOD LUCK!

enroll yourself to a gym and try going everyday it'll be fun for you and plus whenever you feel fat you know you're DOING something at least. you should take a picture of yourself and put it next to the food you eat or in your frigo, so you can see why can't you eat more than you should. it's always a good idea to see a doctor or a nutriologist who can advice you with a good diet. and remember you have to be really patient about that!!

if you like to go skating or dancing,swiming some kind of exercise that involves moving all parts of the body in movement.personally i like to dance till the sweat pours off me i eat several small meals a day,not 3 heavy meals a day. stay away from fatty foods,fris burgers,etc.

wow you sound just like me....i'm almost 16 and i'm 180, i need to reduce too. try reducing your intake of food, mainly the fatty stuff. exercise everyday...try lifting weights and running around your block. drink lots of water too..it will keep you hydrated and it will help you flush out toxins you have in your body. i hope i helped and good luck!

don't listen to ariel (first answer) that's so un healthy! firts you have to tell your parents how you feel cause they can help you don't eat chips and other junk food i know how you feel i used to be really big and i lost 20 pounds by not stuffing myself to the rim every time i ate. best luck to yah girl

Eat less carbs, less calories, and less fat. Try to get more protien, fruits and vegetables into your diet. Do about 1 hour of cardio every day and make sure you watch meal portions.
