I used to work in the OB at my hospital, one of the OB/GYNs that worked with me was also my doctor. Not to mention he was pretty good looking, married, with triplets. From having this discussion with him, he saw so many women a day, one more didn't matter. My doctor doesn't think anything of it, and you shouldn't either.

I recently had a pretty good looking male OB/GYN speak out at the future medical students meeting. It never mattered to his patients

I have a male OB/GYN,and he is a nice looking man. If you go into this practice thinking like that, you already have problems. Why should it matter?

I personally prefer a male OB/GYN. How he looks, doesn't really matter as long as he is professional. If he's a maniac, then there's a problem.

Who gives a rat about what the doctor looks like!!!! A female is there for an exam with the doctor thinking only of her needs and not his sexuality.

Sounds like you have a huge ego. And, it sounds like you should think about another specialty IF you ever become a physician.
