No, you cannot pass a UTI to your partner; but it's best to refrain from any sexual activity while on the antibiotic. Sex can be painful for the female who has a UTI.

I don't believe so.... I get them very frequently and I have never heard my husband complain of anything of that nature.

you cant pass it, its not contagious, but if your penis is dirty(or his penis, i dont know your sex) and you have unprotected sex it can cause one for the female
