Most certainly. It's just that we haven't discovered them yet.

The space is infinite and boundless .As it is "void", emptiness , and "Nothing" , it is unborn. It did not come into being from anything . It is simply primordial. Because "nothhing ' emptiness is not a thing to come into being . matter is finite . it is a thing . It can come into being from something , but it can not come from nothing .The GBig Bang theory presumes that initaill ther was nothing . And suddenly some thing came into being from nowhere thay do not know or could guess from wher.e .it expanded . some say it exploded , that is why tey call it a BiG bang.It isalso said that space and time also came out of the core of the mater that was infinitessimally small with infinite density. and they say that the do not know what caused teh explotion. They also say , that the univverse is expanding from that moment . The important conclsusion that the matter of the universe is the mater scatterd abroad by the big bang is based on the calsculation of the distance and the speed of movment of the matts of the galactic bodies based on teh red shift of the light received from the moving bodies .
The theory is flawed in that 'there was nothing ' initiall abd some thing appeared suddensly is absurd. The coming into being of space ,the emptiness from the primordial atom is also absurd. For thesimple reasonNothing can exis without space at any time . I as they Nothing existes and that was not space then what was the scenorio , then? and how did any matter come into existance without even the minimu space for its locaion. assume a solid of one cubic inch . Is is notakein space ? since it is a matter it has shape and it has limits and beyond every limit ther is space to separte it . How can thr be limit withour some thiing to separate the limits ?
It is sapace that is absolute , immutable ,inconceivable , infinite and eternal . eve thing exists in space and space exists in atom also. No matter can exist without space as existenxce oif space is prime requsite for anythig to come into being .
There are millions of stars of various sizes in teh unives . Tehposiibilities are that whr ever , the size and distance of any planet from any star is conducive tothe creation and sustenance of life ter will be life and depnding on teh age of the palnet , the lives on theplanets shouls also have developed .There may be very hioghly evolved species een better than the humans , or the eveolution of lives might even be in the processing stage in some planet . the celestial boieis are lijke sands in the beach. If one grain of the sand is like our earth , ther might be many more like us in the same univese.

No sure if we are intelligent enough to qualify at the moment. Just look at the mess we have made in the Middle East

Probably - the universe is a big place! But we haven't found any evidence of any life outside of Earth, yet.

yes. only earthlings could be so egotistical to thing we are the only "intelligent" beings in the entire universe.

I highly recommend watching the film "What the -Bleep- do we know?" (Quantum Physics but very entertaining and informative)

We're "intelligent" ? Not only are we killing each-other, we are slowly killing the entire planet...
