Ok so here goes. I used to be self employed and set my own schedule and had tons of free time, but I took a job offer to work in an office. I have been here for two years and I hate in more each day. Now Ihave mortgae and cant afford to quit. No real job market in this area. I am forced to bide my time until I pay off any debts and can take a job with less money. I really screwed myself didnt I? I shoulda stayed self employed. Heres a tip-if you work for yourself-dont ever change it. Its hard to go back and youll want too every day

They are not rantings of a mad man but words of wisdom after enduring the goings on by working under someone. Independent men take decisions on their own and if necessary change their stand even to 180 deg. It is not possible when you work under someone. Every step has to be kept carefully for which we should understand the objective of the co., and that of the team leader. Even before you quit this job, give a try to what I have mentioned on the objectives of the co. and the team leader.

Better that you rant in here and show your wisdom and that. Beats w alking in the office and blowing everybody away . Good luck when you get out and definitely be your own boss as you seem to be cut out for that and I know cause i am self employed .
