I just started watching in a month or two ago. I keep hearing them mention Charity, but they never show her. Who is she?

Charity is Kay's cousin that is a goody two shoes, and has some kind of force around her that is in the name of good.
And something happened to where if she has sex with Miguel then the dark side in Harmony will no longer exist, which means trouble for Tabitha and her little witchling Endora. I believe the dark side was going to kill Miguel if Charity did not stay away from him so she left town to keep herself from temptation because she was madly in love with Miguel and knew that if she stayed in Harmony that she and Miguel would evetually get back together.
Therefor Tabitha is using Kay (along with witch craft) to keep Miguel and Kay together so that he does not go off in search of Charity again. Miguel is/was in love with Charity and when she left town ( left the show), Miguel went off to search for her.
Miguel finally came back to Harmony and is now in love with Kay and that is how Tabitha wants to keep it.
Kay was totally in love with Miguel first and then Charity came to town and Miguel feel in love with her. He didnt love Kay, except as a best friend. Kay used anything and everything she could think of to get Miguel to love her and not Charity, encluding druging him and disguising herself as Charity to get him to sleep with her ( that is how Kay got pregnant with Maria)

Charity is miguels ex girlfriend. She has some kind of magic powers (visions) She is sweet and nice and the dark side would like to get rid of her. She is Kates cousin.
In the begining Kate had the hots for miguel and hooked up with the dark side to try and get miguel for herself. Kate could not stand Charity at all and wanted her gone.
I can't remember exactly what happend I think miguels life was in danger or something. Charity made a deal with death (I think) and then left town. I am sure she will be back on the show. Those shows are always bringing people back.
I am waiting for kate to be with miguel and lose fox and then lose miguel when Charity shows back up. Kate may then snap again. I guess we will have to wait and see.
By the way kate's mom who I haven't seen lately has a twin sister.

She was Miguel's first love, she also had all kinds of weird powers and Tabitha and the "boys in the basement" were always going after her. Lol, that show is so insane. Anyway she ran off after Kay tricked Miguel into getting her pregnant and then Miguel ran off to find her and that is where he has been until he just came back.
PS- The actress that played Charity is now on the WB show Twins, she plays the blonde twin Farrah. She was NOT that skinny and pretty on Passions though. She used to look like a chubby little chipmunk.

Charity was Kay and Jessica's Mom(who had amnesia and ran away with who she thought was a former lover but was actually hired by ivy to break her and sam up)'s Twin Sister's Daughter. So Jessica/Kay's Moms Neice, or their cousin. They took her in for awhile cuz i think her mom died in a fire or something like that or she ran away as well. WEElllll Kay was in LOVE with miguel but Miguel met Charity and they fell in love and they were the cutest lovey dovey couple EVER. Charity got caught up with Tabitha and was a witch and evil for a bit. Kay knew she was a witch/evil and hated her becuz miguel was with her. Kay got ahold of some of Tabitha's magic and turned herself INTO charity one night (in miguels eyes) and they had sex and thats why she has a baby with miguel. Charity ran off to like find her dead mom or something im not sure. Miguel went after her, but had no luck so has come back to harmony.

when the show first came on , there was a character named Charity that was pure as the driven snow. Miguel was in love with her. She left the show.
