u need a software but if u mean the regular screen capture, you can hit "print screen" then open window's Paint, click "Edit" then "Paste" from the list which will appear,,, then u can save the file, you are welcome =)

Press the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard, (located above or near the insert button, on the right hand side of the keyboard) then paste it in your computer's paint program. Then save it.
