You can do woodblocks easily in your own home studio but hand pulled lithographs really need to be taught by a professional. There are several chemicals, special ink, roller, litho stone or plate, special press, and an experienced printmaking teacher to teach you how to do all this.

Check art programs in colleges and universities to see if they offer printmaking. Here are a list of schools that offer this program:

These are just a few schools that offer printmaking but I'm sure there are many more. If you don't want to enroll in college you can take a non-credit course if you can find a school that offers one. That is what I did and I learned a lot about lithography and the class was small. Some smaller technical schools offer woodblock printing courses also.

Come to Philadelphia and go to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Learning these are part of the certificate program.
