What are my druthers? Well, let's see. I would like everyone in my entire life to just leave me the hell alone for one entire day so that I could figure out who I am again instead of being wife, mother, daughter, friend, blah, blah, blah! If druthers means choosing something, that's what I choose.

If you are asking for a definition- "druthers" are the things you'd prefer... a slang word which I think is derived from the mispronounced phrase:
I'd rather have > I'd ruther have > I druther have> If I had my druthers

It's all explained in a song from the musical called "Li'l Abner." Something like:

druthers. A slang word generally meaning "The right or chance to choose".
