Incest is having sexual relationships with people in your family, such as your brothers or your uncle etc...
I am not sure though, how distant a relative they need to be, for it to cease being incest.

They say that "nothin means lovin like sex with ur cuzin" It is sex with a family member, no matter how far sown the line. If ur mom and dad say they met at the family reunion, it's incest.
