I had a car after I changed the oil in the fuse block there is a button had to hold till it blinked then pushed again for reset

That is not something you can do on your own. A dealer would have to do it. The check engine light is not just a signal for low oil. It is a means of notifying you of a potential breakdown of your motor. Spend less time on the internet and stop calling it an Icon.

Autozone will scan it for free...the check engine light has nothing to do with the oil change...mine was on and the dealer had a recall on it so it got fixed for free

"Check engine" light has nothing to do with the oil change,
it means the computer of your car has detected a fault in the emission system. Visit your mechanic or a dealer to scan the engine computer - they will tell you what it needs. I heard at Autozone they will scan it for free.

This is something your dealer should check out. My engine light is on right now in my car and I was told I need a new oxygen Sensor.

cycle your key back and forth from on to off without starting your car for three times as you hold the the maintence switch down at the sametime.
