these are some old really old blueprints of a laser and I've tried to build one you must be very precise. i messed up and it now is half a paperweight and half dust collector. let me know if you ever manage to get it to work, please :] oh here is a newer one just search the make website they have lots of weird and awesome projects.

buy a kit or get into physics and be able to build one that could do dammage. i'm not giving you instructions
